Regular snacks Eat every 3-4 hours to keep your body satisfied and blood sugar stable. Less white stuff Sugar and white flour can lead to an energy and mood crash. Every meal should have whole grain carbs, protein and a little healthy fat. Do not deprive When you feel like "I can't eat that", it's like an awful, unending diet. Food variety Say no to the same salad everyday for lunch. Our bodies don't want us mono-eating! There are lots of great foods out there to choose from! Happy eating!!!!!!
